Shelly is knowledgeable, patient (with all my questions) and extremely helpful. She is very kind and personable. The store is well laid out and chock full of an incredible selection for all my pet nerds. Her toy and chew selections stand up to my chewers and I know will not harm my dogs. Shelly does her research and only sells what she feels is safe! I greatly appreciate this and trust her! This is my one stop pet shop for sure <3 My dogs are always excited to pull in and want to know what I walk out with! Thanks Shelly!

I have been with Shellys business for 14 years now. She did puppy kindergarten for my eldest dog, and has been a MASSIVE support system and help, guiding me through some of our special needs pets. Her selection of products are like NO other, especially local. I feel SAFE giving my dogs anything out of her store, bc I know SHE cares enough to find products that will help your pet thrive and have safe fun. I would recommend Spoiled Rotten to EVERYONE (and Stacy their groomer, who is the dog whisperer ❤️❤️) Go check it out! Seriously. You won't walk out empty handed !!
